"up to 35 hp" wow i bet if i get 3 of them i can make well over 100hp

anything that is that cheap and sounds to good to be true is a rip off, especialy on e-bay.

Always remember that manufactures pay a Federal TAX on poor MPG so they would gladly pay anything less than the $500>$1000>$2,000 to gain even 0.5 MPG to avoid the tax on there cars.

If it works at all why would the manufactures not incorporate it in the designs?

wasn't thinking on buying or anything was just cruising ebay and saw them and wondered if they actually worked..
