I was told I needed to buy 750cc and return fuel system, so I did. I still think that they are too big but what do I know. I am just trying to get the car running right and make 385-400rwhp.
Your saying that your 440's were at 97% duty cycle?? And your only making 348whp and 300 torque? You can achieve those numbers on stock injectors. Take the car to more experienced people...

To the OP of the thread...there are plenty of people running 400whp on the stock internals. Your Vortech should be fine at 400whp and more. Its the amount of torque that really makes the difference. Most people with turbos are pushing lots of torque and are still holding up well on the stock block. Naturally, a supercharger won't make as much torque as a turbo so you should be plenty safe... To get the most reliability out of your stock engine...I would try to stay under 400whp and 380 lbft.

PE 380cc, have a set of 510cc ready to go in, the regulator and fuel pump that comes with the PE kit (think it's the walbro pump, not sure on the regulator).
