Maybe not... after i had mine installed it was super soft/easy, like an 06 clutch. After the break-in period it began to return to its stock pressure, or 04 clutch in my case. I went with the HD clutch and Streetlite flywheel. I chose the sprung-hub due to my high mileage driving. It produces less chatter, its easier on the drive-line and it won't prematurely wear out the spindle, because the springs absorb the initial shock. Anyway, you're going to be happy with it

Since you have it installed I might as well ask you a question. When in 6th gear, does it make a difference in rpm acceleration? Or is it just gears 1-3 that are affected mainly?

You'll love the ACT. I'm on my second ACT clutch right now (had one in my Eclipse and got one now in my Evo). The pedal pressure is awesome (not as stiff as people complain about... or they just have weaksauce legs). I like a stiffer pedal (like in my '03 Z).

supratt... the answer is no, but it revs like a mother f'er

1,2 and 3 gear engagment and acceleration is awesome. I think its a combination of the ACT setup and new tranny. I use to grind now and then in one gear or another. Its flawless at the moment... I LOVE IT!!

I'm sure it cuts down on the lag quite a bit, but i'm wondering how it'll feel with n/a mods. I hope it was worth it.

I guaruntee you it is. Just the rotational weight alone is worth it.
