I was reading around forums and noticed that the top speep on the gears went like this...
1st = 30mph
2nd = 60mph
3rd = 90mph
etc...
Well, before I had my tranny replaced I would hit 90mph on 3rd gear then the redline would hit, now with the new '07 tranny my 3rd gear only goes up to 88mph and redlines.
Do those numbers need to be exact? 30,60,90? Or is it normal for my gears to redline 2mph sooner? Does it need to be readjusted?

Theoretical MPH can be calculated here: http://www.wallaceracing.com/calcmph.php.
EDIT
Also take the following variables into consideration:
Temperature
Humidity
Barometric and tire pressure.

I was watching an '03 G35C 6mt being dyno'd this weekend. The rev limiter cut out at 140mph in 5th gear. They didn't run the other gears to redline.
