Question Anyone install a lightened flywheel yet?

I am looking for guidance on a lightened flywheel. If you have installed one can you share with me some info?
First whose flywheel did you use & what is it's weight? Have you noticed any significant differences on starting off from a dead stop?

Still waiting for mine. I ordered a JUN flywheel, its 14.3 lbs vs. the stock of 27 lbs. I will let you know when I get it. Which won't be until May.

Someone please correct me if I am wrong but... I realize that reducing rotational mass is an easy way to free up HP at the wheels but, wouldn't lighter wheels be a better way than taking a chance with a flywheel given that our cars are so new and the tranny problems that I have seen posted? Replacing the flywheel is major surgery that can certainly open you up to issues that the Dealer can claim negate the warranty. Also, you should probably get a new clutch as well so that it seats with the flywheel.... Comments?

Who did you order it from?? We got a big shipment in last week which cleaned out all of JUN Japan's stock and I have 25 on B/O but JUN Japan says it will be early June before they are available

What tranny problems? Are you talking about the shifting issues some have?
