Default Need Help ASAP *Quick question about drive belts*

I was driving home and I noticed that one of the drive belts was shredded (see pics below). First question, what accessories do these belts drive (A/C?) and would I be able to drive to the dealer to change it (or should I tow it)? Thanks.

Just loosen 12mm bolt in the middle of the idle pulley. Then loosen the 10mm tensioner under the car. You can get the belt at any auto store. The belt that goes on the back of the crank pulley has 4 ribs and the one in front has 6. Just tell them which one you need. It looks like you broke the one that controls the water pump pulley so I would not drive it. Just change it yourself and save the money. This is a 20 dollar fix.

Also the belt on the left of the motor controls the altenator and the power steering pump. The one on the right controls the water pump.
