Dont kill me Ive searched and searched, but cant find any pics of the presilencer. I know Ive seen pics before. Can someone please help me out? Thanks!

THat silencer is much simpler than the one in the G35. I wonder what types of gains we will see since ours seems a lot bigger. Probably a lot more restrictive.

 

Odd... everyone I've heard, and from other people... they said the G35c's exhaust seems a fair bit louder. Yet you're telling me the silencer is larger?

Hmm... I need to see both of these cars up on a rack.

 

I should be squeezing under my car this sunday to replace the silencer. I'll take some pics and show you guys what my silencer looks like since you showed me yours!!

 

When you say replace, what are you replacing the silencer with? If you are putting a straight pipe in it's place, what does it sound like after you are done?

 

Yes, I am replacing it with a straight pipe. IF you go to www.freshalloy.com and search for pre silencer, pre muffler, you should be able to find some sound clips of it. From what everyone says, you will get a deeper, throatier sound with a little bit of rasp to it. From what I have heard (and a few have dynoed), you can get close to 5 rwhp from this alone. I sure hope that is true!!!!

 

You can't really notice it that much unless you out of the car or you are driving w/ your windows down. I like it, but I also wanted more went w/ the flowmaster muffler. Now it sounds more mean.
