Default 07 z issues

I have had my 07 for a couple of months now with no issues until two days ago. I have had my clutch stick to the floor before while shifting, two days ago that happened again but then my shifting became rough and soon wouldn't even go into any gear. I took it to the dealership today and they ordered a new clutch assembley. I have heard a few people talking about the clutch sticking but was wondering if anyone else had a problem with not going into gear and what you ended up doing about it.

No problems so far for me. Then again, the only time my clutch pedal hits the floor is when I'm starting the car. I only push the pedal past the engagement point when shifting through the gears. Dunno if that's what I'm "supposed to do" but it works, and without any issues so far.

That sucks! All warranty work that takes more than one day should include a rental...anyways, please, do post the results and any info you can get from your dealer. I don't have many miles on my car, as of yet, and would like to be prepared if this should happen to me when I cross 5K miles? *knocks on wood*

Thanks in advance.

2600 miles with zero issues. Except that I can't seem to stay off the gas pedal... What a blast!

*crosses fingers*

Please, DO NOT feel that that did you a favor!
This is a problem with at least 6 other 07s and is not your fault!
You jsut payed big bucks for a Nissan product and it is already messed up and cause you inconvenience...

When I was done with my clutch ordeal, I got 2 loaners (one for 1 day and one for 3 weeks) 1 month of car payment ($600) and a 100,000 mile extended warentee thrown in. But again, I was the first with the problem and it took them over a month to fix it.

Dont feel that they are doing this for you because they are nice!

Holy ****, it took them a month? Well atleast they hooked you up with the rentals, warantee, and car payment. That must have sucked going that long without the z. I took mine in yesterday and Im already having withdrawl, I had to call up my friend to take his for a ride.

i have a problem shifting into 2nd at high RPM's. I think i've only seen a couple others have the same problem but not as frequent as the clutch pedal problem.

for some reason at high RPM's it is a pain in the *** to get to 2nd. I dont even try to shift fast because i know it won't shift fast. the rest of the gears are fine.
