I didn't start having any problems with my clutch until I hit 5,400 miles...I was on my way to work, down shifted, and the pedal stuck half-ways up (around the engagement point). The Dealership I bought my car from has been great and they said I won't have a problem with getting a loaner while they fix the problem. They also told me that I could drive the car until they get the parts in..Need it be...I would call corp. if you have problems

I think the problem is widespread. They will eventually need to recall the 07's to correct the problem.

My 07 will be going to the shop tomorrow. I have procrastinated too long.

Yeah, I have to wait till next week....I'm really sick with the Flu and I haven't been able to get it out there. He told me you were happy with the way Athena (Sp?) took care of you...That's who I'm supposed to see when I take it up there.

Does anyone know if Nissan has done an offical write up on this???
I was wondering if they did an offical notice to the dealers if i could just go up and get the thing blead. From what i have heard this is the fix to this situation. People keep saying it's just air in the line?

Cheers

Kevin

Yeah Athena is a sweety, and apparently works ALL the time. I talked to her a few times, but spent more time talking to Paul and Ross after things got rolling.

I dont think its the bleeding. Fisrt time I brought it in and they replaced the master cylinder then they bleed it. I took it to another dealer when it was acting up again and their answer was to bleed it. After that, the problem was still there. Only after they switched out the slave and the rest fo the clutch assembly did it go away.

yeah , i know, i heven't had such a severe issue , but 1st and 2nd gear sometimes waver to go in , esp when the car is slightly moving, but the clich so far is ok , any way I'll get fly wheel , cause the way i drive i dont think this will last me long., But Hey the last resort take it back to the dealer and make them angry !!!!
