What do you consider decent?

$100? $1,000? 5,000?

I assume his budget is $100,000 ..... so...... TT, built upper and lower block, flywheel upgrade, I/E/H , plenum and tune plus misc stuffs like wider tires and lighter wheels ..... and you still have $65k-70K to buy M3

500 aint gonna get you too far. if you dont really have the $ to spend dropping $800 on an exhaust to get 8hp doesnt sound like a good idea. NA, meaning not forced induction, takes alot of $ for little gains.

look into a plenum or plenum spacer, High flow cats or test pipes

You need to do some independent research and figure out your overall goals for your car. Once you figure out your goals, find out how much it costs. Once you do that, then either you have the money or you don't.

And to be fair and honest, these "I have $XXXX, what should I spend it on" threads are getting more and more rediculous.
