Default Aftermarket clutch and flywheel swap

So I'm planning on installing a OS Giken STR clutch and integrated cromo flywheel on Wed.

I currently have a little under 12k miles on my car. I've never really beat on the clutch or anything--things have been running fine.

My q is, would I be able to save the stock clutch and dual mass flywheel and possibly reinstall them (w/out resurfacing) if I do not like the feel of the STR after break in?

^^Thx! So, does a flywheel only need to be resurfurced if you are using a new clutch plate?

The stock flywheel on the Z can't be resurfaced. But most all others can be.

Thx. Guys. I'm prepared for more noise, but I hope the learning curve on the clutch and flywheel isn't that steep. I'ts a dual clutch setup that is marketed as being very streetable, so I hope I get good results. Here's some pics:
