Did i just screwed my tranny or the diffrential????
Take it to a shop that knows what to look for... No one can diagnose a problem over the internet without more information and a more accurate description. For all we know you broke the U-joint on the back of your driveshaft.

Nightcrawler...Jack the rear up using a floor jack (with some jack stands or
something else under it for your safety) and try rotating the right side and the
left side with the car in gear WITH the engine off, and look at all the driveline
parts and listen for anything that doesn't sound right. The other strange thing
is that is the engine reving in gear and not moving. That points to the clutch, but
you said the noise is in the rear, so that is where I would start first.

OK, so the car moves. Then it would not be a snapped axle or drive shaft. However, it could still be a cracked u-joint or other problem. Definitely take the other poster's advice and jack up the rear. Take a close, hard look at everything.
You said that at 4500 rpms, forth gear, the sound is there. However, if you push in the clutch, put the shifter in neutral, and keep the rpms at 4500, the sound goes away? If this is correct, this points to a clutch issue. When you push in the clutch and place the gear in neutral, the driveline disengages from the engine. However, the driveline still spins because the car is moving. The differential spins, the ring and pinion, the axles, and driveshaft. It all keeps moving, except for the clutch.
So lets say it is a clutch issue. When you push in the pedal and move to neutral, the clutch and trannys drive gear stop moving. If the sound goes away, then it seems logical that the issue is with the clutch. A cracked clutch plate could definitely case a vibration only at a certainly speed and it definitely could cause the sound to manifest from a different area. I once had a bad crank pulley that caused the tranny to emit a rattle. Took me forever to find it.
Frankly, start with a good inspection. Then, if my description of the problem is correct, I would start with the clutch. Anyhow, if you screwed really screwed anything up, the clutch would be the cheapest to fix.
And find a good tranny shop. Never use a dealer for something like this.

where is the drag guys.. sure they push there car alot and may face such problems... albertoooo .. where are you ???
I think it may be your clutch plate. A few months ago I was launching my car and not very hard and it felt like I was hit from behind. I had taken my car to the dealer later that week to get my motor replaced (oil consumption). Once the motor was out they saw that my clutch plate had a crack near the spring.
I had noticed that under hard shifting my rear end made a loud banging noise. I even thought it was my gears but as it turns out it was the clutch.
