Default Impul Camshaft

I saw this on www.bulletproofautomotive.com. It is a bit pricey at $1750, don't know the gains but the first set of cams I seen. Anyone know if any reinforcement is needed for cams?
Well here is the picture:

Pricey? yes, but if they give good gains ( which I think they will and they will help especially in the top end where the VQ35 needs the most help) it isnt bad. Why? cause you need 4 cams. Check Toda's site for their cams...it's almost as much for 2 for S2000's (675 a cam I believe= $1350). Although most of the money they charge you isnt for the material or the machining costs but R&D, still something you should considar before saying its TOO expensive.

The cams on the Mines, Esprit & Impul web sites are all Tomei cams as were the ones on display on the Nismo stand at the Tokyo auto salon.
The blank billets on the HKS stand at the auto salon were HKS,s but as of last month were still not available.

Yeah I know you get 4 cams per set. No one said it wasn't worth the money either. I never said they were TOO expensive. I understand that much research and development went into producing these. Plus they are one of the few that have cams for the Z right now. But before I spend anything on some cams, I would love to see the gains you get. Like they say you got to pay to play,

Hey Sandman, why dont you calm yourself bud. That wasnt a personal shot at you. You said that they were pricey and it came off the wrong way. End of story. I agree that everyone would like to see some numbers before getting them.

Default Cams

Hey Guy's,
We just recieved word the other day that JUN is working on Cams, Springs, Guides, Retainers, Etc for the VQ. They just completed a car for OPTION magazine they will be running soon. They told me I should have a DUE Date in about 6 weeks, I will let you know. Has anyone seen the TOP SECRET cams? Heard anything about them? I heard there Turbo 350 was pretty mean on the street
