Hey the G I almost bought had the same blow off valve that my friend in a mustang have with their procharger kits. I am about to purchase a procharger kit and really want to know what blow off that was or if any blow off makes the staging down sound because of supercharger. THANK YOU

 

what bov is it?? i had a greddy type rs on mine....

 

super chargers dont really have what people usually call BOV but people generalize them in the same category. They have dump valves, they act differently then bov on turboes. the valves are constantly open till they close shut to creat boost then they dump all the pressure out and stay open. is that the staging down sound you are refering too. they sound more of a WOOOPUSHHHH than a PISSST

 

yes but I have seen many superchargers with blow offs. sorry to sound like a newb but I am just trying to get this sound from my supercharger. thanks
