Hard choice. Do you go back to the shop that didnt do it right the first time? Or do you just take the loss, learn your lesson and go somewhere better? I made this choice with a shop here in MD-which I wont mention but you can guess who. I decided I wouldnt give them a chance to make things right, if they didnt value me as a customer the first time I PAID for service and parts, why would they now that they are doing the work for free? OP-I think you should move on...$$$ yes, but well worth it. Regardless good luck to you.

Dropped it off today!
I dropped the car off today, (8/6/2007). Russell, Skyler, Josh, and I sat down to go over all my complaints and to my surprise they agreed that my complaints were legit and plan on fixing them. So far I would say Z1 has stepped up on took responsibility so far but I don't want to jump the gun. We will see how it comes out.

Update! Need Help!
Skyler called me today. They have already fixed everything except the noise coming from the supercharger area and the Re-Tune. He said that they tightened the alternator belt and it stopped some of the squeaking but the ATI ProCharger system still makes allot of noise. Does anyone have a ATI system and is it loud and sounds like crap?

They started the Re-tune yesterday, but Russell will not be back until Wednesday next week and he wants to be present for the re-tune. Looks like I will have to wait another week to get it back.
