everyones forgetting the essentials tho...

1) get BRIGHT YELLOW racing stripes pained down your car
2) neons everywhere...not just under the car or in the car...but on top of the hood. on the outside of the door. and around the wheels
3) stickers...and lots of them. especially the calvin and hobbes one pissing on a honda emblem...that adds 40 hp to the wheels...and you gotta get an honor student sticker too...that gets the ladies!!
4) you gotta put like 4 15 inch subs in it...removing the passenger seat to do this is essential...also good for weight reduction i hear!!
5) then you need to get the turbonator and interfooler along with a nitrous purge kit so you can blow the nitrous out of your wheel wells like 2 fast 2 furious.
6) then you swap out the VQ for an RX-8 rotary...all while keeping the interfooler and turbonator
7) next...the widest wide body kit you can find...but you only want to put on 12 inch wheels...for weight reasons

THEN AND ONLY THEN will your car be 10 seconds...!1

There's a small shop in Cincinnati called GE Aircraft Engines that should be able to pull it off for you.
