Good to know. I have about 7,900 miles on the car so far. I'll try swapping the rear 02's and see if the code changes to the other bank. Otherwise, I guess I'll be replacing the wideband. Would an AFR that is too rich eventually foul a wideband?

Cool, hopefully I'll luck out and it won't be the wideband then. I keep my AFR's between 12~13 (Utec tuned). Maybe it's just a loose connection or plug -- or needs some non-foulers down stream. I'll swap the rears and see if the code changes to the other bank. Keeping my fingers crossed. Lol! :-)

I popped my SES light at 44.5 miles this morning on the way to work. I just installed headers, test pipes, mrev2 and 1/2" spacer.
I will stop by on the way home and get the code pulled. I am also using the anti-fouler method. This is an 06 G

I'm thinking my O2 sensor isn't bad anymore:
Pull 1 was done in 5th gear as it is 1.00:1
Pull 2 was done in 4th gear just to see if there would be any difference.
As you can see 6,500-7,000 RPMs the AFR isn't that bad. Before that is what scares me. REmember I am pulling code P2A00 which is:
"AF sensor 11 range/performance problem"
Probable causes:
1 - Excessive rich or lean condition
2 - Exhaust leak near sensor
3 - Failed AF sensor
I am trying to get ahold of the guys at UpRev today to see if I can get something sent out ASAP.

Sorry if I'm hijacking your thread in any way Viper.
I ordered Osiris tonight so that should correct my AFR problem.
But I will let you know if I am pulling anymore codes (god I hope not). This is my first car with OBD2 (had a 73 mustang throughout HS and college) and even though I'm glad I know what is going on with it, it makes me paranoid as hell.

You may want to try using just one non-fouler per side. With the two you may not be getting enough heat into the sensor. Remember to not drill through all the way on the non-fouler, just enough for the sensor head to fit in the bore.

I put on my O2 simulator onto bank 1 sensor 2 (the rear O2) and left the bank 2 one alone. No more P2A00. Instead I'm getting P0138 and P0137. Looks like the O2 simulator isn't designed to work with our wideband system, however it did eliminate the P2A00 code, so I'm pretty sure the rear O2 is just bad.

Looks like you were right, Vit. It's my wideband. In addition to the P1168, I also threw a P0150 tonight (O2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction Bank2 Sensor1). Guess I'll be replacing it this weekend. Maybe it got damaged when we put the headers on a few weeks ago.... Kinda wierd though, cause my AFR's are dialed in pretty tight, and the tune is holding beautifully. Guess it must be an intermittent thing. The few times it threw the code, it only happened when starting the engine... It never threw the code while driving. Ahhhhh, the joys of modding... Lol!

Ok so whats the final verdict here, the code p2A00 and p2A03 indicates a bad rear 02 sensor? But it seems that everyone with test pipes on their '07's are throwing these codes, does that mean we all could have possibly damaged our 02's?
