Default Quaife install

Well, found a shop to do my Quaife LSD on the base. I just have two questions:
(1) Any of you that have had the Quaife installed, was the shop able to re-use the bearings, or did they get destroyed on removal?

(2)Those of you that have removed your own pumpkin, how hard is it? If I can save approx $200 would you recommend? Can someone do a write up?

Thanks for all help/answers!

It's very easy to remove the pumpkin. Very straight forward, just get underneath and you'll see. Just have a jack or transmission jack handy. I did it without a jack but had a friend help me lower it.

Anyone have/can do a write up on this? I'd like to see just how easy it is...

I had the shop put in new bearings. It did not matter to me how careful they were taking the original ones out. I simply assumed I could not go wrong with new bearings.
