Default ECU Code update

I noticed a couple other small differences with my ECU code.

I checked again and compared to the pictures.
My ECU code is CD001 GB -- the GB is way at the end of the label.
However I also noticed that mine says made in China whereas others say made in Japan. Go figure.

Vin 725.
Touring 6spd, no NAV, no side air bags

Default CD001 GB - ECU off to Japan tomorrow

I have a Touring 6SPD, NAV, no side air-bags. The side air-bags appear to be one of the key differentiators. What is interesting is that my car is 'CD000' in the 'normal' place described early on, but on the wiring harness on the drivers side (beneath the plastic access panel) it is 'CD001 GB'. Connected to the laptop, the ECU is in fact probed as type 'CD001'. Anyhow my ECU is taking the trip across the Pacific to get 'dumped'. Hopefully in a week or so, we'll have the final answers.

THE PART NUMBER YOU ARE RESEARCHING ON THE HARNESS IS GOING TO BE THE SAME FOR ALL THE 350Z IT IS THE CABLE ASSY-BATTERY TO STARTER MOTOR (24105-CD000). THER ARE 10 DIFFRENT COMBINATIONS OF ECU'S 6 M/T 4A/T OF THESE THE ONLY DIFFRENCE IS WETHER OR NOT IT IS A BASE MODEL AND PRODUCTION DATE. THE LAST TIME I POSTED THIS FOR YOU, YOU HAD IT DELETED. MAYBE YOU SHOULD READ IT BEFORE YOUR ERASE IT THIS TIME THAT WAY YOU WILL KNOW HOW TO GET THE INFO YOU NEED TO FOLLOW THREW WITH THIS PROJECT. THANKS MPOWERS

WELL I AM GOING OFF THE NISSAN FAST SYSTEM. IT COMES UP WITH 11 ECU PART NUMBERS ONE OF WICH SUPERCEEDS TO AN CURRENT NUMBER OF THE 11, SO IF I WERE TO ORDER ONE THE ONE INFO I WOULD NEED, WOULD BE BASE OR NOT, PRODUCTION DATE AND AUTOMATIC OR 6 SPD. IF IT HELPS I CAN GIVE YOU EACH PART NUMBER FOR THE ECU'S AND WHAT THEY FIT.
