Default Burning Clutch Smell!!!

I got my car back from the bodyshop but the clutch really smell bad!!! I thought maybe the person didn't know how to drive stick but 4 hours has past and this thing still smell. Had the car sit for 40mins and started it and the smell is still there I have the Competition Stage 2 clutch with their Light FW and I have about 3000 miles with it. My clutch seem to disengage coz when I try to press the clutch all the way and put the gear in 1st, the car doesn't move at all even if I rev the engine to 5000rpm.

Even if they did play a little with my car (I have a ST) still the clutch should've been able to handle some abuse right?

Just spoke with Competition Tech Support and they say it is normal to have that smell when a pretty new clutch has been driven hard (burn-out, drag kinda abuse) and should go away after a week or two. I just called the shop and they denied driving the car besides parking it. Anyways Competition is very helpful and said that if the smell don't go away after a week then they'll take a look at it but that still will cost me labor to take it out.

I dropped the car 8AM and I was so in a hurry that I forgot to write the milage but I did turn the boost down to only 5psi. After a day I can still smell my clutch everytime I engage, especially on 1st gear
