no offense, but the spark is going between the tip of the electrode and the end of the strap. rotating the plug isn't going to change anything.

very cool vid! Quite amazing actually (to me) that they can shoot in the actual combustion chamber and slow it down so much.
As for indexing - its not a 5 min job with just a set of plugs... if you trq it properly its not always going to be facing the right way (for indexing)... it would be hit & miss. I guess if you buy enough plugs eventually you'll get a set that are threaded to were it points towards the intake valve with proper amount of trq - time consuming to say the least.
How does an "indexing kit" work?
