Default Diff locking up? new 009 trans

I just started having this problem. I will be coasting around 60-70 mph going around a slight bend (on the interstate), and all of a sudden my car jerks, like the diff is locking, and my slip light comes on. I dont downshift at this time or anything, it seems to be completely random, except that it does it on slight curves. I called my local Nissan dealership, and they claim they have never heard of this (of course), but i was curious if any of you have ever experienced this?

a little side note, this is my first nissan, and so far I have had to replace:
trans (w/ 009)
window motors (2)
tire feathering problem
axle click
and i think one or two other things - not a good first exp (car is a 03 Z touring)

Being the first year of production, it doesn't surprise me that your having so many problems...I know for sure that the tire and window motor problems are common for the older Z's...Not sure of the Diff, and axle problems though...

My guess is that the dealer did not put it all back together correctly . . . perhaps after your tranny swap.

Sound dangerous. I would take it to the dealer ASAP.

axle click comes with the Z very common.

Your jerk your talking about??? Is it with the VDC on or off?
What type of tires do you have, and have you recently replaced them?
Have you had an aligment?
Was thier gravle on the road?
My car does this on the track when the VDC is on, it doesnt matter to me becuase I never drive withthat thing on.

Anyways that snaping / slip light is your traction control comming on.

Check tire sizes are within spec. If the stagger is off, it will throw the VDC...

THe VDC was on. I have had the car 6 months. It came with Falken 452s up front, and the guy had just put on Avon Tech in the back. No gravel on the road. I have autocrossed this car twice, but i dont think that would mess anything up, it certainly hasnt in the past. The tires are oem size. THe only thing i can think of is maybe the alignment is off? I have an appt on thursday, but they are dicks - so we we'll see how that goes. any other ideas?
