Well MY V8 is in!!! (LS2)
I would also like to know as someone said if youre running A\C in the car and im sure youre running power sterring. BOth of these systems would just consist of using the chevy compressor and pump but then make lines that tie into the nissan system. Just would like more info on everything. Ive been looking on Hinson's site and am super excited they have pretty much everything to make it work. Hopefully i will be doing this in my Z this winter. Its the plan at least. Love your car man..

The package I was looking at was 480hp for $6500 + tax from Chevy

LS3 is great...but people forget all of the extra parts this needs to run outside of just a crate motor.
The random parts needed to make it a flawless swap will add up, and add up fast. It for that reason i recommend a motorset that comes with everything. Just IMO.
A/C is done and power steering is done. Once again this is proprietary info that Brian Hinson spent wekks working on. I will say that when Hinson did my swap, everything looks OEM and works perfectly.
we should do a meet somewhere. just picked up my new Z. but damn that car sounds bad ***.... almost makes me want to go get a 05 or something thats not new and do a swap a big v-8 in it. I'd prolly be able to afford it, but not for my reasons of buying the new Z (HR). def. one for the record books, congrats and looking forward to seeing hopw it all goes. that car will F'n haul.

too bad their booked up until January!
