how are we changing these if nobody knows what size they are!?!?!? i heard they are a 3/8 12pt..are they?

...aftermarket rods come with aftermarket rod bolts. I don't know of a single person with a Z who has replaced just rod bolts and retained stock rods

but if your into a downright messy job , ARP sells the rod bolts separately (we have them in stock)

actually there was some idiot on the hawaii boards who said the weakness of the vq are the rod bolts. and he said i should change them. and he said my s*** was gonna blow if i didnt change them @ 8psi on stock block. a lot of my friends were thinking. who the hell tears down a whole motor just to change the rod bolts. lol! this is comming from a person that tried to tune his own rsx and blew it with a 15:1 AFR underboost. bwaahahaha

the revup uses stronger rods bolts, but the stock rod design defiantely has its limitations.

actually i just wanna pull the rods off so i can sell the block and crank. and still no anwser?
