Hey fellow enthusiasts.........i went up to Daytona today and picked up the Borla system.....flew home and unpacked it.....looks fantastic. The dual exhuast tips are beautiful. I was a little surprised however that it came in about 10 pieces. Cannot wait tomorrow to install myself. For $610 why get another system?. I put a greddy exhaust on my IS300 (paid $750), and let me tell you, the Borla looks alot better!.......besides, i contacted Greddy and the reason they have not developed a system is due to their inability to create a system (with adequate hp gains) to justify a $1200 price tag....update tomorrow on install problems and performance gains (subjective).

drk: I think I am being screwed by 21st Century!
I sent you a PM but that was before I read that you now have yours even though you ordered after me.
Before I go on, I'm not blaming you. This is a problem with them.
I was the second person to order from them and after seeing their price, I posted it in several threads since it was the best price I had seen (and still is I believe).
On Monday at 9 AM I called them to inquire about delivery times since they told me to call them "in a week or two" to do so. It had been two weeks since I ordered, so I called. I was told that they had not come in but that they would call me when it did come in.
I get home Monday night (that same night) and on my machine is a message timed at 9:30 AM (a half hour after I just talked to them) saying that my kit was in and I needed to call them ASAP to confirm shipment address. It was 7 PM and they were closed.
I called immediately at 9 AM today (Tuesday) and told them I got their message. I was put on hold for about 10 minutes and then the guy comes on again and acts like he had no idea what I was talking about. I AGAIN tell him that HE CALLED ME and told me it was in. I'm put on hold again and he comes back and says, "yeah, that was a mistake...we haven't got ANY Borlas in yet for the 350Z"
Now that I read you got yours yesterday, it seems that mine came in and they called me THEN they gave it to you and now are claiming they never got ANY in.
I called BS on him stating that several people on here had posted that they got the same call stating theirs was in. I pressed him on the issue to make sure I was clear. I asked, are you saying that NONE ever came in, or that just MINE hadn't come in. He again said that NONE had EVER come in. This was TODAY, apparently 24 hours after you had picked up yours.
THIS SUCKS and I'm going to let them know about it.
If you could PM me, I'd appreciate it. Also, if it was OK with you, could I use your name as AMMO when I call them? Again, I have no beef with you. If this is really what happened then you couldn't have known.
I'd appreciate it.
The Doc.

guerojo: Are you sure yours will really be in? Did they tell you for sure they were shipping to you?
If so, I got screwed a second time!
Could you PM me with your name also, so I can have evidence that they lied to me.
Again, nothing against you. If you get yours first, more power to you.

Dr Bonz: I did PM u and hope that u r able to use the info. Good luck in resolving the issue with 21st Century.
I did not install the system myself.....u really need 2 people to correctly line in up in order to get good spacing in the undercarriage. I called a local muffler shop whom told me that it will cost $50. They installed the system in about one hour and were quite complimentary about the fit and finish. No probs on the install whatsoever........system fits like a glove. (ended up charging $80)
The sound is great. When starting in growls to life, a nice deep tone. When accelerating there is also a deeper richer note. At highway speeds, not much droning unless u accelerate. I have not yet appreciated much increase in performance however, but then again have not yet redlined the gears.

Maybe they are just messing up with Dr. Bonz' order but if you want NO WORRIES at all pay $625.00 and get it from Coz at Concept Z Performance.
Yeah, its $15.00 dollars more but he had mine drop shipped straight from the factory and I had mine since last Friday. EXACTLY like he said.
There is no BS with Coz. I have purchased several things from him and they have arrived either on time (on the date he stated at time of purchase) and in two other instances, EARLY!
How much is peace of mind worth? (how bout $15.00?!)
Hopefully the idiot Dr. Bonz was talking to just did not know about his order and it will be fixed pronto!

I have air tools but removing the stock exhaust caused a few headaches! Two bolts simply would not come off! I needed to use a wrench and then I had to pound them with a 5 lb. sledge to get them off!
After it was off putting it in was eazy! just remember to torque all bolts to 32-36.
Quote, "I routinely torque using the maximum allowable torqueage!"
who said that and in what movie? heres a hint, "It was dead on ***** accurate"
