this is amr from egypt
i have 350z 2004
was overhauling the engine
and tried the ac and found that the blower is not working
changed it with brand new one which is working outside the car and not inside
tried to change the fuses and relay and still the same issue
The compressor works fine and the the clutch kicks
any help ?
What's pressure on low and high? Plus, presuming full evac and charge, qty of 134?

Well, if it's just the fan unit, likely nothing to do with the state of charge BUT ruling out the basics of it being a thermal or pressure switch. Re-reading, it does sound like a connectivity issue in the cabin. But without putting hands on it.... just shooting in the dark without tracers.
I'm thinking wiring fault somewhere or bad AC control module. Have you been able to get a multimeter on the blower motor harness and see if you're getting 12V there? Check for a short to ground and verify you're getting power when the blower motor is commanded on.
