hey guys I have an 03 track when I let off the clutch in neutral it gives me a clattering sound. It only does it in neutral, driving the car is fine its just when the clutch is up in neutral. Anyone know what this might be?

 

That's normal for Z's, they have noisy transmissions.

 

Throw-out Barring is bad. Typical for alot of manual transmissions. Not a big deal, they are still good enough to do their job for alot more miles, it just sucks.
