Plan to get the Nismo cams but I also plan to get the Greddy Turbo kit would these work together!

 

that all depends upon how agressive the cams are, and the amount of overlap that occurs. In a turbo, the dont liek much over lap, becaue boost preasure can escape during the time where the cams over lap. Cams with less overlap tend to make more power, because less boost preasure is lost.
