Anyone know of a good shop that you have experience with that could install a set of UR Pully's???? I'm located in Marina Del Rey, CA.

 

Ask SizongZ...he had a set installed. He lives in LA so I figure he got it done up there.

 

Um...you could install them yourself and save yourself a lot of money. If I were you I would just install the crank pulley and get your money back on the rest. Just my .02

 

I've heard on this board that the main pulley takes a special tool and is a real pain to get off. Why do you recommend not replacing the other 2?

 

a friend and i diy'd it. hardest part is the bolt holdin the stock crank pulley. u need someone on the foot brake and a strong sob to get the bolt off. breaker bar did the trick. the auto does sound a little more involved. u do need a thingy to hold the components on the other side of the crankshaft from spinnin. we just jacked it up and started takin stuff off. free install ownz joo!!!
