This is all the proof you need Gothchick

1. Veetec --------------------------07 Base 6spd 13.198@105.71mph 1.971 60ft
2. Peak350 -------------------------07 Enth 6spd 13.239@105.67mph 1.923 60ft
3. Warmmilk ------------------------07 Enth 6spd 13.412@104.04mph 2.006 60ft
4. Pat Bateman ---------------------07 Base 6spd 13.465@106.86mph 2.227 60ft
5. 2007-Z --------------------------07 Tour 6spd 13.540@102.20mph 2.068 60ft
6. Veetec --------------------------04 Base 6spd 13.640@102.42mph 1.983 60ft
Today 09:58 AM

My car has every bolt on i can think of. And Gooey's car still pulls up top over mine. I do look forward to running him at the track this April.

Also, look at Veetec's Stock times. He use to have a 04 base and since bought a 07 base. Veetec is a very good drag racer and i respect his times and trust his ability to run consistant. Looking at his times you can not say that the VQ35DE is anywhere close to a VQ35HR engine.

Every engine is different. Some pull harder than others. You should know that. Assuming he is a consistant driver, that could also mean he had a DE that didn't pull so hard and an HR that does.

You can specualte all you want about this or that. That's why you have to look at the sample population of time slips as a whole. Some HRs may be a little fatser than others, Some DEs may be a little faster than others.

But in the end, the HR comes nowhere near 'Owning" the DE. Period. That's a fact and it's in black & white.

A lot of the 1/4 mile times you see has to do with drivers.

Aceman is one hell of a driver. I know from experience I been in the car while he drives and I raced side by side with him at the track many times. And each time I got my a$$ handed over by him
Hopefully this year I can change that
We're all Z owners and having a HR over a DE does not seperate you from the pack. Why argue such a stupid arguement. I ran faster times then an AMG CLK63 Black Series at the track this week. Im not goin around saying my car is faster though.
Besides he only had 300 miles on his car and still learnin to control that power. I believe he ran a 13.6@117mph with a 3.2 60'

Because the HR is not "over" the DE as shown by the timeslips.

But we are all still part of the same Z/G family. :-)

Who's arguing? I just posted all the time slips from the Drag Section. They speak for themselves. I honestly don't see where the argument is? Except maybe a few hurt egos perhaps...

If you really think the HR is so much better than the DE - then build it, mod it, pray for it and post up your timeslips that show such "Ownage". So far, those HR "Ownage" timeslips don't exist.

But when or if they do, I'll gladly put the DNF Bawlz in my Mouf and shut up. :-)

WE JUST PROVED YOU WRONG with those timeslips. You are the one that is arguing and spewing BS. When STOCK HRs beat the times of fully modded DEs, that is the proof in the pudding. No denying the facts.

I see other DE owners here that know the HR and what it can do, but you ARE the ONLY one saying otherwise.

Here we go again:

Here's your proof in the pudding.
The Top Stock HR's did not beat the top Bolton DEs. SupraCrazy was even on street tires.

Look I know your ego is a little bruised. Get over it. It's life.

The top Bolton DEs
Alberto ----------03 Trac 6spd 13.131@107.15mph 1.895 60ft Slicks
Sfarrah ----------03 Enth 6spd 12.876@107.81mph 1.750 60ft DR's
Supra Crazy -----03 Trac 6spd 13.572@107.10mph 2.175 60ft Street

The Top Stock HRs

Just a quick question here...

Those top stock HR times, are they on street tires?

Again you must just be completely retarded. ALL THOSE STOCK HR times beat SUPRACRAZY. One matched Alberto, and they are STOCK on street tires. Alberto and Sean have a ton of mods and on DR.

so the fastest modded DE on stree tires is .4 slower then a stock HR with street tires.

.4 is a huge difference as times get lower and lower

DRAG Tires make up .2-.4 difference in the 1/4 vs street tires. Like we said again. It took a TON of mods, and drag radials to be even with one HR stock time and .3 of another.

Those DE cars on street tires would get slapped around by those HR stock cars on the track.

Obviously you have never been to the drag strip since you have no clue about stuff like this.
