And all the DE's have slower trap speeds then me. If you want to compare, compare my times with the bolt on DE's
Then compare my mod list compared to theirs.

Yeah, here's the top Bolton HR on street tires vs the top bolton DE on street tires.

Supra Crazy ------03 Trac 6spd 13.572@107.10mph 2.175 60ft Street
WalkerT---------- 07 Base 6spd 13.424@105.14mph 2.145 60ft street

Still waiting for the HR Ownage....

Like I said, if you really think the HR is so much better than the DE - then build it, mod it, pray for it and post up your timeslips that show such "Ownage". So far, those HR "Ownage" timeslips don't exist.

But when or if they do, I'll gladly put the DNF Bawlz in my Mouf and shut up. :-)

Give it time, there aren't even that many 07+ Z's out there yet (someone posted the year by year sales #'s). I've seen HR's at the track and I've got a friend who traded his '04 in for an '07. He's tracked both and the '07 and the '04 but only his times with the '07 are on the list of fastest times. I've tracked my '05 a few times and I'm not the list (yet!).

How so? Here's a comparison of your time slip on DRs to the top bolton DE on DRs. Looks like you're slower, bud.

Gooey ----------- 07 Enth 6spd 12.947@107.11mph 1.796 60ft DR's
Sfarrah ----------03 Enth 6spd 12.876@107.81mph 1.750 60ft DR's

If you actually kept up with the drag forum you would know people in HRs have been trapping 107 or even 108s but they change on the drag list because the 1/4 time itself is lower but the trapspeed dropped. Veetec got 107~ for his trap. Getting either a lower time or higher trap speed it swaps back and forth.

Like I said I went last week and ran 13.079@108.90.

My car picks up a lot more on the last 1/8 after I got rid of my intakes.

And that was with a weaksauce launch at 2.5k rpm with a 1.9 60'

And Sean has a TON of mods, a TON to get that time. Gooey has intake, exhaust and DR that is ALL. And we know intakes loose power.

Doesn't count until it's verified and posted.

Hey, don't shoot the messenger, cause this messenger shoots back~ Lol! :-)

I'm just posting the time slips and letting them speak for themselves.

Like I've said a bunch of repetitive times now, if you really think the HR is so much better than the DE - then build it, mod it, pray for it and post up your timeslips that show such "Ownage". So far, those HR "Ownage" timeslips don't exist.

I have owned all the VQ motors. You haven't. The HR is the best out of all of them with performance in mind. It has proven it time and time again it likes bolt ons as well. Just not intakes.

Ummm, it's not being proved by the timeslips there skippy...

Actually, I have owned an '04 non-revup, now an '06 revup. I personally don't want the coveted 3.5 HR judging by these timeslips. Lol. I'm waiting to see what the 3.7 can do.

Yes it has. Show me a stock DE running the times of a Stock HR.

And wait till more bolt ons come out.

I have owned both and the dyno is at the same shop same day my 05 with jwt/5/16th/port and polish/headers/nismo exh and 07 stock.
My best time for the 05 was 13.6 @ 101 and my 07 first day at the track 13.4 @ 105

For me the 07 has been a great upgrade and I have times/dyno to show that it was a great upgrade for me

Gooey, I think it's time to block her. She has no clue WTF she is talking about. If this post was in the drag forum she would be reamed out.

Time to post a link over there huh?

No According to the timeslips stock vs stock it is a big difference.
The HR's powderband is where its at. Im not sayin the DE motor is inferior but there is a noticable difference. Aceman's DE is a monster of a car. That thing makes power all the way throughout the powerband unlike most of the other DE's. But you have to realize the amount of mods and time he has spent on his car to get it to that lvl. And the time and simple exhaust I had to put on mine when we both dyno'd together.
