Question HUGE oil problem- 120psi.

I cant figure it out - i called nissan, even brought it in and they said its fine, but it dosent make sense.

my oil press jumps to 120psi when i roll to full trottle, Ie: 3/4 trottle is around 80 psi.

wtf would cause this? bad oil pump? when i brought it in they just changed my oil and said my dipstick wasent in all the way- that wouldent cause 120psi that woulod drop it to 0 right?

I NEED HELP please.

High oil pressure is not indicative of a problem. Low oil pressure might be, however.

As long as your oil pressure is not STUCK at 120psi, which usually indicates the detector is bad, then you should be fine. As Nissan says, it's fine.
