Initial torques specs are 9-26 in lbs.

Final torque specs are 65-82 in lbs.

remember...inch pounds, not ft. lbs

in other words, screw the torque specs. Your tightening plastic into aluminum...just do it till it's snug, with a 1/4 drive wratchet

There is a tightening sequence, and gasket sealer is to be used where the camshaft bracket meets the head.

+1, in this case following the tightening sequence is much more important then applying spot-on final torque.
