For clutch based LSD, how frequent does the clutch plates need to be replaced? How much do they cost?
If you have VLSD, I'd then recommend the Cusco one. With a good synthetic fluid, (Motul, etc), and set to 60% and 1.5 way, it is great for road use, very smooth and quiet. Plus, it will not require you to purchase any other parts (like you do with Quaife). This is what I run on my own car, and I've been nothing but pleased with it for years now. I've never once had to sell a set of replacement disks for the differential.

Thanks Adam.
I heard good reviews about Z1 especially you. I am planning to get 4.038, LSD and clutch from Z1 couple of months down the road. Will get back to you.
