Unhappy I'm overheating BAD!!!

Here's a quick run down.... I have a 04 350Z with a Turbonetics single turbo kit on it. I have narrowed my issue down to the four newest parts I've put on it. A JVT 3 core radiator with a 1.3 pressure cap and a aftermarket thin fan, a Nismo thermostat, and a water cooling kit from Turbonetics for the T60-1 turbo (This kit splices in the water lines going into the back firewall and runs the water through the turbo, out, and back into the 2nd water line on the firewall..the one that comes back out and back to the cooling system.) I put all four of these parts on at one time and that's when the cooling issue really started.

PLEASE, ANYONE WHO MIGHT HAVE AN IDEA, HELP ME OUT!

Go to a radiator repair/sales shop, & explain your problem to a technician there; he may have a diagnosis/solution to your predicament. The stealer-ship should be your LAST option 'cause of their $$$-hunger! Good luck.

My first guess is that somewhere, one of your additions isn't holding pressure so your thermosat isn't opening.

but where that might be is impossible to determine from my seat... I'd first check to make sure all connections are solid.

How did you bleed the coolant system after those mods cause it sounds like you have a big air pocket in the system.

I drove the car a little bit and then topped off the coolant 2 times.

Look for coolant bleeder in the rear of the engine bay, passenger side. It's a plastic screw. Open until coolant flows out. Rinse and repeat.

Probably air in coolant system. . .bleed it.

Search in the FI forum for Evans NGP+ and all the different Radiator threads. . .and if you want a long read, check this thread out:

I was worried that running the turbo into the cooling might have been too much....or the fan isn't big enough and isn't pulling enough (Maybe a combination or the two). I won't get a chance to start work on it untill Sat. night, so it's going to drive me crazy untill then.

Turn your heat on full blast, does it blow like if your A/C is on cold? Most likely air in the system. PURGE it.
