Where to get German made Castro Syntec 5-30W

I stopped by Pep Boys and WalMart but I think they are all made here in the States. From what I heard, US made Syntec is not very good. My other option is using Mobil M1 0-40W but I would prefer using a 30W oil.

German law does not allow type III synthetics to be called synthetic. So the German Castrol synthetic is type IV. The US Castrol Synthetic is type III. The type IV is a PAO based synthetic while the type III is hydrocracked.
