I have a 06 Z with just 30k miles on it, It is a manual. Every time I turn off the engine it gives out a Loud rattling noise around the bottom of the engine and shakes the engine! Now I've driven Sticks for Many years! Also I've loved the 350Z's since they came out and test driven them, many times before I bought this one! I have never heard this sound on any of them. I took it to the dealership and they told me it's normal and "Thats the Nature of the Beast". I don't by that Crap!!

 

Sounds like the throwout bearing rattle. Hold in the clutch when you turn off the key and it wont happen. It is normal.
