Good or bad idea to install flywheel, with oem clutch?

I'm looking into getting a light weight fly wheel, 3.9 final drive and lsd. But i dont want to get a new clutch cause I dont like the stiffness of aftermarket clutch. (i got a aftermarket exedy clutch which was suppose to be closes to oem stiffness for my turbo'd rsx before, but hated it.) Are there ones which are not stiff at all? and is it not a good idea to upgrade only the flywheel without upgrading the clutch too?

I have a ClutchMasters FX300 (Stage 3) clutch, and IMO I think very close to stock. My wifey can't even tell the difference.
I think the FX100 (Stage 1) would be ideal for you.

Also I don't think it mattes if you only upgrade the flywheel, and not the clutch.

There are plenty of clutches on the market that you will like. Ask a few people what setup they went with and how the pedal felt. We install our clutch with every flywheel and haven't had any complaints on the pedal feel.

I wouldn't even think about going back, the OEM clutch is a bad joke and once you're into the FW, replace it.

Just realize the quality of that OEM clutch is relatively poor, and if you drive your car hard, don't say in another 30-40k miles I didn't tell you not to buy it .
It cannot stand a lot of heat from extended hard use, OEM spec has slight but noticeable "slip" with stock torque, and is the same essential unit used in the last gen Altima and Max V-6's. Labor being the big component here, I'd go for something comparable +20% in clamping force, not more, so you still like it. I have issues with the materials, construction, and lifespan of the OEM clutch - it's poor. You don't need to do burnouts, clutch drops, or ride the clutch to fry it sooner than I expect a clutch to last. "Normal" use will do fine.
Unless you drive like a Grandma, the clutch is under-spec'd for the car. I suspect that was somewhat a calculated move on Nissan's part to shield the transmissions, esp 2003-2004 models, from excessive force. A lot of those lost 3rd gear synchros and also had issues with 5th gear.
Every other car I've owned including other Nissans, I've seen minimum 80k miles on the OEM clutch and not 40k:
