Default 5AT issue!

My gear slips when its downshifting when i press break and then try to accelerate, it only happen sometimes when i drive the car after it has been cold for a while. it never happen when the car is warm. i have recently installed a trans cooler could that be the issue?

the car performs perfectly otherwise, no slipping or anything of that sort on WOT.

Car is F/I running 303whp on DD

do you have a torque converter? LSD? different size gears? I read somewhere on here that 5AT guys get different gears after going F/I. I forget what size though.
