Default Head Gasket/CAMS???

Head Gasket is leaking antifreeze onto my driverside headers. Engine and tranny replaced at 52K now have 120k+ on the car. While they are already in there changing the gasket, should I do CAMS????? Anyone else done them? What brand should I get? Is it worth it? any pitfalls or general issues, noises or rough idle type problems to be concerned with? Anything else I may want to replace while it is alreay apart? Any help or advise is greatly appreciated.

If you don't mind me subscribing, I also would like to hear. I was considering throwing in cams but I wonder if I should get some stuff done while things are open like head gasket or perhaps rev up oil pump.
