Default Oil for MT?

I read the DIY on tranny/diif oil change and read through like 7 pages of people talking about different oils, I went to an auto parts store and couldnt get the dumbass at the counter to understand why I needed GL-4 only and why I needed the certain weight, not what his little folder said I needed. So I got frustrated and left, I had been debating wheter or not to use the oil from nissan but I have decided to. I know it has to be GL-4 Viscosity SAE 75W-85 , Im planning on ordering it from mynismo.com but It doesnt specify if its GL-4. heres the link: http://mynismo.com/products/?id=3920

Any help or suggestions is greatfuly apreciated.
