I know the 2005 Anniv. and 2006 Revup's have their share of oil consumption problems, but what about my 2004.5?

Since oil change, 600 miles later, I am between H & L and I told this to Nissan.

They said to keep track of it, and they have a "chart" to see what's excessive.

My question is, would Nissan fix, or replace my engine?

 

being that the car is 4 years old i doubt it unless the mileage is very low. don't quote me on that. if your mileage is high and you purchased the car used it's quit possible the car was ragged out. don't know any of that info to try to help just some possiblities

 

Very possible it was bagged, but it only has 27k and warranty was fully transferred and 100%.

 

I just had my 04's engine swapped for oil consum at 58,000 miles, 6,000 already on the new motor and its doin the same thing already. I do beat the car real bad though.
