p340 code and TCS/Slip light

p340 code and TCS/Slip light
So i just got my car back together and running and a few issues came up.
If I have all codes cleared and start my car it starts a pending p340. After I turn my car off and restart it the code gets logged and the service engine light,TCS, and slip light come on. I replaced the passenger side CPS and still the same thing.
I am beginning to think that I may have installed bank 1's camshafts one tooth off. (though with as careful as I was is hard to believe.) The car idles a little rough around 690 rpms but drives fine. It is slightly herky jerky at partial throttle cruising speeds.
could this possibly be caused by VTC mechanism malfunctioning. While the engine was dissasembled I took apart the VTC sprockets for no particular reason. (not smart, they are exspensive.) wouldnt this throw a P1140??
I have also heard that a bad crank positon sensor can sometimes have these symptoms but that was from a guy at my local nissan dealership and I dont think he has ever gotten his hands greasy. Besides that has its own code.

62lb injectors
AEM FIC
dual 3" catless exhaust
