Default Shaking Shift ****

Hello,

I did a search, but could not find any post that related to my concern, so I decided to ask. Please someone help me on this.

After changing differential and transmission fluids, my shift **** started shaking while it's in neutral. I'm not sure this is normal or not because I didn't really pay attention to it before having the fluids changed.

Thanks.

Same here. It's the norm. I feel it more so when I'm using my cf nismo **** rather than my stock **** which I'm assuming soaks up a lot of the vibration due the material.

It's normal. I have had it in my Spec-V and my Z. It's nothing to worry about unless you feel your tranny getting nice and loose like a Jersey girl.

so true...

your shift **** vibrating is a sign of a strong connection between the trans then then engine. dont worry, be happy. just make sure you used the right fluid for the trans because as i remember, it is not the standard nissan fluid they put in the other manual transmission...? be sure to verify this or even disregard my post, i just remember reading that somewhere. i dont want you to get super worried or something.

I used NISSAN MTF 75W-85 for the transmission, and the part No. is 999MP-MTF00P. Would someone please confirm this is the right fluid.

Again, thanks everyone for your replies.
