First of all just a little back info on my Z. It is a completely stock 07 except for a Blitz Nur-spec exhaust, and Vredestein tires and it has had the slave cylinder replaced due to the sticking issue. Anyway, I took it to Island Dragway yesterday and was very disapointed in the times I was running. My two runs were 14.367 and 14.385. I am a novice when it comes to drag racing, however the clutch seemed to take forever to disengage between each shift. I felt completely disconnected from the car. The best way to describe it is that it felt like the delay you get from drive-by-wire. The only thing besides the clutch that I can think of is something with the fluid or slave again. Any help would be appreciated.
