So I understand that the early Z's had a stiffer clutch. however , when the clutch is all the way to the floor, and i slowly lift out, at about 75% out right before the clutch would start to engage, it sticks for a second until i lift up enough then pops up, and can hear a little click/pop from it.... and then it engages smooth after. it will do it whether the car is on or off. Not sure why it would be doing this..any ideas?

 

Clutch pop?
