As you know I installed my Borla a couple of weeks ago. During my installation my torque wrench malfunctioned and I sheared a 3/8 in bolt! I rigged it with the appropriate stainless steel hardware and went about me business.
A few days later I came across a thread here on my350z where “Mr. Borla” had posted his email.
I figured what the hell; let me give it a shot. I emailed him and told him where I bought the exhaust and what had happened. I never heard back from him. This was only last week!
Guess what was waiting for me when I got home? Borla had sent me two replacement brackets!!! All I requested was the bolt.
THIS IS HOW BUSINESS SHOULD BE!!!
My hats off to Borla! They have a fine product and excellent public relations in my book. I will be a repeat customer. Cheers!

After the horror stories I've read lately about Stillen customer service, It's great to hear about this. Thanks for sharing.
By the way, you're grounding cables are still working great.

Azjimbo,
If you looked at the dynochart I believe they tested on a Automatic Z and not a manual. We have seen some high numbers with exhausts developed and tested on the AT. I have no idea why
Just thought I would point that out

It is just the angle of the picture. You don’t think for a minute I’d be riding around with crooked and uneven tips, do you???
Believe me, I am a bit retentive when it comes to my ride. Initially, after install, one tip did hang lower. All I had to do was bent the hanger a tad to get them even. I even measured the space to get ‘em just purr-fect! J

Yeah they are uneven! I just got my Borla in the mail today, gonna install it this weekend on my g35coupe... all of the pipes are somewhat adjustable except for the muffler+tailpipes are solid as rock....hmm...you should fine-tune your exhaust setup, if you cant get it straightened perfectly, then good thing Borla has good customer service!
