People who are puting in a supercharger are taking out the crank pulley in their pulley sets. Do you have to do this for a Turbo or can I keep all the pulleys or some? If some list which ones please.

With a turbo kit, you can use all the pulleys in the underdrive set.

The reason supercharged cars don't use the underdrive pulley is because the supercharger is driven by the crank pulley. With an underdrive pulley, the supercharger would spin slower and produce less boost.
Turbos are not driven by the pulley so they are unaffected by the underdrive pulley. Actually, underdrive pulleys my slightly reduce the lag experienced with turbos because they make the engine more responsive and let the engine rev quicker.

Would it be better the get a whole pulley set or just get an underdrive crank pulley or just get the other pulleys? The underdrive pulley is smaller and the other two pulleys are lighter but the same size. Should I get the whole set or save about a $100 and go with a underdrive crank pulley only?

You need to determine your own ROI.

I bought the whole set, the crank pulley for the gains and the accessories for the looks.
