Default New engine - idle problem

So my car got a new engine and At idle, the car thumps or shudders slightly. every few seconds there is a little tach fluctuation drop and it comes back up. just thumping or slight shuddering. It drives fine. It's only when i'm at a light or parked in idle. Any suggestions? Only mod I have is the jwt pop charger and It didn't do this with the previous engine.

If it's an easy fix I rather do it myself then to take it back to the dealership and have to wait a few hours for it.

Try adjusting the IACV and make sure your vacuum lines are tight
