how much to replace 1 coil or all?

I recently had to replace 2 of mine, so we added the to the site just in case anyone else had a similar issue.

Wait till you have a leaky spark plug tube seal on your valve cover. The price on the valve cover is astronomical. And the little seal is part of the entire valve cover.

Im not gonna lie the price on these coils and that other thread and your tube seal issues has me a lil curious and worried. Im good now but it gets pretty warm under the hood.

I dont remember inspecting those seals to thoroughly when I was assembling my engine. Are they perfectly round? Do they have square edges? Maybe a nice fatty o-ring?

sorry for the partial hi-jack

Well they're saying its one coil that went bad.. (and that i have 3 total.. wtf ? but it was the "sales" guy and not a mech i was talking to.. soo.. )

And my spark plugs are no good either (Knew i needed to change them just hadn't gotten to it yet)

They're saying itll be $460 total (with labor)... seems kinda high when plugs + coil = $240-$280 at most from what i see now..

seems very hight to me too. You could easily do this yourself, it really does not take very long

1 coil = $69 + shipping
1 spark plug (OEM) - I've got one here that has literally no miles on it, I'll just give it to you

just give us a call, I can send it out and it would be with you in a few days.
